Link Your PAN Number to Aadhaar Offline
Until now you could link your PAN number to aadhaar online or through SMS. Some people were still facing issue mainly due to name mismatch or different date of birth. The good news now you can fill offline form to link PAN to aadhaar.
The government has notified one pager form for linking PAN number to aadhaar. Below is the form:
The form just asks for following 4 information:
You can submit the form at designated PAN Service Centers which you can find at following links NSDL and UTIITSL portal.
You need to visit the center personally as you may be required to do fingerprint authentication.
Fingerprint authentication would be done only if there are many mismatches.
The service is NOT free and may be charged. There are no prescribed charges for the same.
Online method is easiest and you should try linking PAN to aadhaar using the same. There have been instances when people who were facing issues in linkage were able to link when they tried at other time.
You might want to try a different browser or computer in case you are getting error message.

My name as per Aadhaar card paassport, voter card is PARVEEN MOHANI where as in pan card it is PARVEEN Sharma .how can I link both as online processes has failed.I have submitted gazetted officer certificate fewdays back but there in no progress.How long it takes to get this minor correction.
Try linking them offline. If not change your name either in PAN or Aadhaar as convenient.
I couldn't link PAN with aadhar. I could see my name is present as surname in my PAN card. Is is an issue?
I can't tell what is the issue but probably you'll need to go offline then or change the name in either PAN or Aadhaar
Is it reaaly possible to link through offline?
I have not tried but this is official communication & form from department so should be possible!
