Omaxe Limited Fixed Deposit Scheme – Jan 2013

Omaxe Limited, the NCR based real estate company is offering Fixed Deposit Scheme for 6 months to 3 years tenure offering 11.5% – 12.5% Annual Interest.

Scheme Highlights:

  • Minimum Amount of deposit to be accepted is Rs.25,000/- and in multiple of Rs. 1,000/- thereafter.
  • For Scheme A (Non Cumulative), interest will be compounded monthly and payable quarterly.
  • For Scheme B (Cumulative), interest will be compounded quarterly & paid on maturity.

  • i have invested Rs.5 lakh in Omaxe Fixed Deposit Scheme for one and two years respectively. Is it safe and secure. Suggest some more companies with rate interest of 12% p.a.

    • Different companies have different channels for getting investment. Some companies provide online channel, while in others you can invest through your demat account. In case the online facility is not available you can contact your financial planner/ broker like Bajaj Capital, where you can give filled up forms. And if you want to do all by yourself, the best way is download the form from internet, fill up the form, attach relevant documents and cheque and send it to the postal address mentioned in the form.

  • can u tell me if there is any broker of urs in Hyderabad to invest in ur company or any other way to invest being in Hyderabad

    • I don't know of any broker in Hyderabad. But you can contact the email given in the picture I have in the article above.
