NOIDA (New Okhla Industrial Development Authority) is home to lot of IT firms and booming real estate. The older part of NOIDA mainly has builder houses but as you move on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, you get view of lot of multi-storied building under construction. The post gives the prices of various apartments in various sectors of NOIDA.

The prices are indicative and the final price depends on following conditions to list a few:

Condition of the flat
Desperation of buyer to buy and seller to sell
The floor on which the flat is located. For NCR lower floors cost higher than top floors
