The Gurgaon Circle Rates have been revised from April 1, 2014. on an average the hike is around 10% but experts feel that there is lot more scope to raise rates as the circle rates still under-quote prevailing market prices, especially in luxury segment apartments.

Are these rates likely to change for 16-17 period?
I don't think there would be substantial change as the real estate sector is languishing badly already. Any further increase in circle rate would be bad news for them.
