Ghaziabad part of NCR (National Capital Region) has seen a slew of development for last many years. This post gives the indicative price list of apartments in Crossing Republic on NH24 and Govindpuram as of June 2014.

Crossing Republic – Its a huge township which was developed by consortium of builders. There are many ready to move options in the area and also the rentals are still affordable. This is close to Noida Extention or Greater Noida (West) as its called now.

Govindpuram – Still an upcoming area in Ghaziabad with few projects

The prices are indicative and the final price depends on following conditions to list a few:

Condition of the flat
Desperation of buyer to buy and seller to sell
The floor on which the flat is located. For NCR lower floors cost higher than top floors
The direction of the flat
The view from balconies/windows
