Who can Apply?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This issue is open to all Indian residents, HUFs and Institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Category I \u2013 QIB Portion \u2013 20% of the issue is reserved<\/li><li>Category II &#8211;
