Here are <strong>list of places where your old Rs 500\/1000 currencies should be accepted till November 11 midnight.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Government Hospitals and pharmacies in these hospitals<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Railway ticketing counters<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">ticket counters of Government\/Public Sector Undertaking buses<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">airline ticketing counters at airports<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">for purchases at consumer co-operative societies<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">at milk booths<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">at crematoria\/burial grounds<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">at petrol\/diesel\/gas stations of Public Sector Oil Marketing Companies<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">and for arriving and departing passengers at international airports\u00a0up to Rs 5,000 and<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">for foreign tourists to exchange foreign currency at airports up to\u00a0Rs 5,000<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Unfortunately these establishments are not accepting these notes easily. Also Maharastra government has made tolls free within the state.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">ASI monuments for entry tickets<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">LPG cylinder suppliers are allowed to accept the old notes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The problem at most places is they would not be able to give you change as they might have run out of it. So if you go to petrol pump fill up in multiples of 500.\u00a0Social media has been abuzz with a lot of places which should accept old notes are not doing so or overcharging customers.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Creative Schemes for Old 500\/1000 notes:<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As I expected, there are some schemes already in the market where you can use your old notes.
