As per NHB Residex, Housing prices have soared maximum in Mumbai and Delhi in October \u2013 December 2012 quarter compared to last quarter. Out of 20 cities tracked by NHB ‘Residex’, prices have dropped in only two cities — Faridabad and Indore.<\/p>\n

Here is the increase in prices from Q3 – 2012 to Q4 – 2012:<\/p>\n

  6. Surat – 8.7 %<\/li>\n
  7. Bengaluru – 8.2 %<\/li>\n
  8. Lucknow – 8 %<\/li>\n
  9. Hyderabad – 7.1 %<\/li>\n
  10. Ludhiana – 6.5 %<\/li>\n
  11. Ahmedabad – 6.1 %<\/li>\n
  12. Guwahati – 5.1 %<\/li>\n
  13. Bhopal – 4.9 %<\/li>\n
  14. Jaipur – 2.4 %<\/li>\n
  15. Bhubaneshwar – 2.4 %<\/li>\n
  16. Vijaywada – 2.2 %<\/li>\n
  17. Pune – 2 %<\/li>\n
  18. Chennai – 0.6 %<\/li>\n
  19. Indore – -1 %<\/li>\n
  20. Faridabad – -5.1 %<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
