Vehicles and Machinery<\/li>\n<li>Assist Transport Undertakings to get loans<!--more--><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Features and Benefits of KTDFC Fixed Deposit Scheme:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Deposits are accepted under two Schemes, viz. <strong>Periodic Interest Payment Scheme (PIPS)<\/strong> and <strong>Money Multiplier Scheme (MMS)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>The fixed deposits are guaranteed by Govt of Kerala<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Minimum amount of deposit to be accepted is Rs. 10,000 and in multiple of Rs. 1,000 thereafter<\/li>\n<li><strong>0.25% additional interest<\/strong> for deposit of more than Rs 25 Lakhs<\/li>\n<li>0.25% additional interest for Senior citizens<\/li>\n<li><strong>Loan on deposit<\/strong> &#8211;\u00a0Loans will be permitted only to individuals on deposits <strong>up to 75% of the deposit amount<\/strong> under both the schemes, after the expiry of 3 months from the date of deposit <strong>interest will be charged at 2% above the interest payable<\/strong> on such deposits.<\/li>\n<li>Income Tax will not be deducted up to interest Rs. 5,000 in a Financial Year<\/li>\n<li>Nomination facility available<\/li>\n<li>Premature withdrawal permissible as per the statutory guidelines and at the discretion of the company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align:
